A 7,000 square foot design-build, in partnership with ATI Physical Therapy and Point Place Holdings. We managed to get through the pre-construction phase quickly and efficiently in just three months, setting a strong foundation for the rest of the work.

In the landlord construction phase, we formed a great partnership with ATI Physical Therapy. This collaboration led to us taking on the tenant upfit work as well. Impressively, we completed the tenant upfit in just four weeks, which was faster than planned and on budget. This project really showcased our ability to deliver quality work on time and within financial limits.
