We're working on a design-build addition and alteration for Family Dental Health, and I'm happy to share that we've completed the design phase and the initial site work. We faced some unique challenges due to the building's location, which was too close to certain boundaries and a utility right-of-way. By working closely with a civil engineering firm, we were able to create plans that effectively dealt with these issues. This teamwork helped us get approval from Oconee County to build a 1,950 square foot addition.
The new wood-framed addition is going to be a great improvement for Family Dental Health. It will include new treatment rooms, a modern laboratory, a sterilization room, and an equipment room that can handle both existing and new dental equipment. Our dedication to solving problems and finding creative solutions means that Family Dental Health will soon have a larger and better facility to serve their patients.
