Refresco Beverages

We successfully managed a $5,600,000.00 industrial expansion and renovation project for Refresco Beverages in Greer, SC. The project involved the construction of a new Mechanical Equipment building utilizing steel stud framing with a TPO Roof system, as well as the installation of an Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) wall in the batching area. In addition to these major components, the project also included a number of other smaller tasks, such as the installation of new electrical and plumbing systems, the construction of new loading docks, and the paving of new parking areas. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the client was very satisfied with the results.
