The former Golden Corral Restaurant is set for a significant makeover. Our plan includes an exterior refresh with new parapet towers, updated siding, better masonry, contemporary canopies, and modern storefronts, all aimed at giving the building a new lease on life.
Inside, we're completely redoing the space. It will be torn down and reconfigured into three separate tenant spaces, each with their own metering. This new layout is designed to suit a variety of businesses and improve the building's overall use. At the same time, we'll be fixing up the parking lot. This involves removing a driveway access, reshaping curbs, refreshing sidewalks, and milling and repaving the parking area. We're excited about this project not just for the building, but for how it will enhance the Lexington area.
