Historic Greer Depot

We're really proud of our work on the Greer Depot restoration project. This important historic building is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings, and we were excited to be a part of its transformation. As the General Contractor, we managed both the design and construction phases, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our main goal was to give this old train depot a new purpose as an upscale wedding venue, while keeping its historical charm.

The project was complex, involving a wide range of skills and a strong focus on detail and documentation. It included detailed architectural work and high-quality craftsmanship, taking 8 months to complete after an 18-month planning phase. With a budget of $1.7 million, we were committed to maintaining the building's historical value while making it a vibrant part of Greer's community for people to enjoy for many years to come.
